 Villa Fasceo is located in Bajardo which is a medieval village that stands at an elevation of 900 metres (3,000 ft) on a peak at the head of the basin of the Nervia torrent and looks over the Italian Riviera cities of Ventimiglia, Bordighera, and San Remo.

It is nestled between two other Ligurian mountain hill towns of Apricale and Ceriana.

It is 53 kilometers from Monte Carlo and the nearest Italian ski resort of Monesi di Triora is 97 kilometers away which can be travelled by the unique Roya Valley which follows the French-Italian border.

The interior floor plan area is 228m² with a volume of 560m³ over two floors on a stepped terrace landscape with an acre land including a Rustico, fruit trees, and grapevines.
